Who We Are... The company was organized in 1963 as a general contractor. It is currently owned by Stacey L. Morrison and Eldon L. Morrison. We are the only general contractor in the State of Maine certified as a Women-Owned Business by the Maine Department of Transportation. We employ a team of experienced senior managers, estimators, project managers, administrative and financial staff, field superintendents and skilled construction workers. We manage and/or perform all phases of construction. For projects requiring specialty trades, we utilize local subcontractors that we have worked with or pre-qualified. We own a majority of the equipment utilized during construction. Materials purchased for each project, other than those purchased by subcontractors, are purchased from established suppliers. The company has never failed to complete an awarded contract. It has never had liquidated damages charged against it and has completed all contracts within the contract schedule. We have a history of professional and cooperative behavior with our subcontractors, architects, agencies and clients.
