Who We Are…

The Company was organized in 1963 as a general contractor and has operated under the names of Ganneston Builders and Contractors Group. Larry Rancourt organized it under its present name in 1995. Stacey Morrison and Eldon Morrison, purchased the Company from Larry in 2001, then Stacey purchased Eldon’s shares in 2012.

Since the purchase of the company our goals remain the same:

  • maintaining a strong, competent and dedicated team oriented organization that finishes projects safely, on time, within budget and with quality workmanship to ensure client satisfaction;
  • maintaining an understanding of business management, financing, bonding, insurance, computer systems, estimating and engineering principals;
  • continuing to preserve and further develop solid relationships with its architects, engineers, bank, bonding company and accountant, which are all integral part of Ganneston Construction’s team;
    continuing to reinvest in the Company through retained earnings, education, safety training, tool and equipment replacement, hiring and retaining key employees; and
  • passing on these principles of strong leadership, ingenuity and financial common sense at all levels of the Company.
