Our team consists of a professional staff of senior management, project management, field management, and administrative personnel, all with considerable experience in the built environment in Maine. As a team, we strive to understand and fulfill our customer’s needs from the inception of their project through to its completion by providing detail oriented, personal, and professional service throughout our relationships.

Stacey Morrison, Chief Executive Officer/OwnerStacey is responsible for ensuring consistent, safe, cost competitive, and high quality construction services to all clients and establishing the overall direction and policies of the company. She is actively involved in the daily operations and management of the company. Stacey enjoys the challenges of owning and operating a business, participates in local and state business groups, and has established Ganneston Construction Corp. as a WBE recognized business. She has 17 years experience in business and financial administration including 12 years of experience directly related to the construction industry.

Larry Rancourt, President
Larry is responsible for sales, estimating, and project management. He is personally involved with all in-house project estimating and project management and construction services. Larry heads up our pre-engineered building systems design/build project delivery, maintaining a close relationship with Kirby Building Systems for which Ganneston Construction Corp. is an authorized dealer/builder. For over 30 years Larry has worked closely with private owners, government agencies, state and federal officials on numerous projects throughout the state.

Fred Gay, Estimating Manager
Manages and coordinates all estimating within the Company. Reviews and interprets proposed designs, architectural drawings, and building specifications for appropriateness to required function and/or institutional standard, and initiates revisions and value engineering where appropriate; advises consultants and clients as to how best to achieve required results. Participates in the planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions for major construction projects; provides conceptual estimates, feasibility studies, and cost estimates, and may coordinate the production of basic design plans and construction documents. Ensures cost estimates provide for all aspects of project safety and adherence to company safety policy and compliance with all Federal, State and local safety requirements, including OSHA, Dept. of Labor, etc.

Mike Lemieux, Estimator/Project Manager
Responsibilities include complying with the construction contract terms and conditions; managing project correspondence including transmittals, letters, requests for information (RFI’s), Change Order Proposals (COP’s), Contract Change Orders (CCO’s), and requests for payment; managing the submittals process; and managing the construction budget. Additional responsibilities include working closely with the other project personnel (superintendent, subcontractors, suppliers) and senior management, developing, monitoring, updating the overall project schedule; attending periodic on-site project meetings including requisition meetings with the owner, and maintain meeting minutes of all such meetings; assisting and supporting the project superintendent in a timely and productive manner. In addition to project management duties, assemble estimates for plan & specification, bid work.

Richard Leeman, Project Manager

Emelie Ferland, Administrative/Finance Manager Assists the Chief Executive Officer in the day-to-day management of the company. Prepares and reviews change orders, weekly job cost reports and monthly work-on-hand schedules. Oversees administrative and financial functions and streamlines processes for quality of work product and timeliness. Reviews payables for processing. Prepares requisitions and supporting documents for Project Managers. Assists Estimator and reviews specs and bid documents to comply with insurance requirements. Coordinates preparation of subcontract documents and review upon receipt for accuracy. Prepares marketing information and press releases. Completes pre-qualification statements as required for bidding.

Bette Feener, Office Manager
Bette is responsible for maintaining administrative, financial, and human resources functions. She is personally involved with day-to-day administration, accounting, job costing, and employee issues. Bette has provided operational support to construction companies for 30 years.

Bonnie is responsible for supporting administrative, financial, and human resources functions. She is personally involved with general administration, accounting, and payroll.

Their responsibilities generally include construction layout, quality control, personnel and materials scheduling, project planning and scheduling, and coordination of trades. They are also responsible for compliance with all field related company policies and jobsite safety regulations and jobsite security. Our superintendents’ backgrounds are varied and as a group they have over 100 years of experience in construction.
