Ganneston Construction Corp. is an S-Corp based in Augusta, Maine. The Company was originally organized in 1963 as a general contractor. It was organized under its present name in 1995 and is currently owned by Stacey L. Morrison and Eldon L. Morrison.
The Company is certified as a Woman-Owned Disadvantaged/Minority Business by the Maine Department of Transportation in accordance with the requirements as set forth in 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26.
Ganneston Construction is a full service general contractor, construction manager, and design builder. Specific segments of the construction market that we focus on include commercial, private, quasi-municipal, municipal governments, state agencies and federal agencies throughout Maine and New England. We have significant experience in wood framed, concrete and steel framed, multi-family, commercial and industrial buildings, including government facilities, healthcare facilities, schools, banks, retail, offices, warehouses, manufacturing and industrial facilities.
The company bids on public projects and negotiates private work. The company has multi-term contracts with the Air National Guard and General Services Administration.
The company has grown from $6,000,000 in gross revenues when it was purchased in 2001 to $15,000,000. The company will maintain this level each year. The company has completed projects ranging in size from less than $10,000 to over $9,000,000. It is the philosophy of the owner and members of management that the company remains at a size where personal attention to details can be given to our clients and their projects.
