Ganneston Construction Corp. offers general construction, construction management, and design build services.

Specialty

We have significant experience in wood framed, concrete and steel framed, multi-family residential, commercial and industrial buildings, including government facilities, health care facilities, schools, banks, retail, offices, warehouses, manufacturing and industrial facilities. The company is also an authorized builder of Kirby Metal Building Systems and Mesco Building Systems.

Self Perform

As an experienced contractor, we are familiar with performing and/or managing all phases of construction including but not limited to earthwork, site improvements, paving, landscaping, concrete foundations, metal stud bearing walls, steel joists and roof decking, roof membrane and insulation, sheet metal flashings, metal siding, medal stud partitions, rough carpentry, insulation, gypsum board walls and ceilings, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, cabinetry and fixtures, finish carpentry, painting, metal doors, wood doors, metal frames, door hardware, metal fabrications, fire protection and detection systems, electrical, plumbing and mechanical HVAC.

We self perform project management, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, as well as some demolition, concrete and roofing. For larger projects and projects requiring specialty trades, we utilize subcontractors that we have worked with before and/or are well known in the industry. Typically we subcontract site work, heavy concrete, heavy steel erection, drywall, painting, roofing, sprinkler, mechanical, electrical, and specialty finishes.

We have the ability to conform to contract specifications and standards of good workmanship. We are capable of performing all administrative work required of federal, state, and agency projects.

We have a history of professional and cooperative behavior with our subcontractors, architects, agencies and clients. Ganneston Construction Corp. is highly respected in the construction field.

Failure to Complete Projects

This corporation, affiliated corporations, and its corporate officers have never failed to complete a contract awarded to them. We have never had liquidated damages charged against us and have complete all projects within the contract schedule.

Quality Control Program

Ganneston Construction Corp. has had a quality control program since 1997 and it is reviewed annually. The Executive Management Team appoints a Quality Control Manager to a project with the authority to manage and implement the QC Program.

Safety Program

Ganneston Construction Corp has had a safety program in place since 1995. Ganneston updates its Safety Plan and MSDS Hazardous Plan on an annual basis. We have an excellent safety record and a current Experience Mod. Rate of .87. Safety is a priority in our company.

We hold an annual safety-training program that all employees are required to attend. All employees have received their 10-hour OSHA Certification and CPR and First Aid Training. New employees receive this training within a year of hire. All CDL drivers are in a drug test/screening program as federally mandated. All crane and forklift operators have undergone training and testing. All employees are trained on MSDS annually and other safety training programs are held throughout the year on select topics. Ganneston has a company wide safety incentive Bingo program to convey safety messages and encourage safety consciousness.

Project specific safety starts prior to the start of a job with a Job Site Hazard Analysis and Safety Plan. Weekly safety meetings are held with employees and Subcontractors. Ganneston Construction supports regularly scheduled internal and external site inspections to ensure compliance with safety.
